Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Benhaddou – Dades Valley

Your adventure begins early in Marrakech. After breakfast, we’ll set off through the High Atlas Mountains, crossing the famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass. The winding roads reveal sweeping views, so get your camera ready for some unforgettable shots.

Next, we’ll stop at Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its ancient kasbahs and its role in many Hollywood movies. After exploring this stunning village, we’ll continue through the Valley of Roses before reaching the breathtaking Dades Gorges. Here, you’ll relax, enjoy dinner, and spend the night surrounded by rocky cliffs and Berber charm.

Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Merzouga – Sahara Desert

After breakfast, we’ll drive towards the Todra Gorge, a spectacular canyon with walls reaching 300 meters high. Take a short walk along the stream or simply admire the dramatic scenery.

Later, the road leads us to Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara. Along the way, we’ll pass green oases, palm groves, and small villages. When we arrive, your camel will be waiting to carry you across the dunes of Erg Chebbi. Watching the sun set while riding through golden sand is an experience you’ll never forget.

That night, you’ll sleep in a traditional desert camp. Enjoy dinner around the campfire, listen to Berber music, and gaze at the star-filled sky. This is the highlight of our private Marrakech to Fes desert tour.

Day 3: Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Cedar Forest – Fes

Wake up early to catch the sunrise painting the dunes in shades of red and gold. After breakfast, we’ll start the journey north, passing through the Ziz Valley with its endless palm trees.
Next, we’ll travel through the cedar forests near Azrou, where playful monkeys might greet you along the way. We’ll also stop in Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco” for its clean streets and Alpine-style houses. By late afternoon, we’ll arrive in Fes, where your unforgettable desert tour comes to an end.
